I don’t think the two sidebars look squeezed in. The example you have looks fine. I use two sidebars on my blog and this is definitely an option I would like to have. The colors are great too!
The image preview you have on this post shows a picture on the right with a tree. Will there be an option to place our own picture?

Both looks good. But 1 sidebar themes are little bit ahead of it’s perfect view. But you can release both with 2 names.
