		<description>I have been basically always capitalizing the meaningful words in titles and number two is my choice. In my opinion it just looks better and is more attractive to the reader. The capitals sort of call out in comparison to option three that looks plain and dull. </description>

		<description>You know, for everything that Andrew Keen has to say about &quot;the cult of the amateur&quot; eroding society&#039;s standards, I think that the most noticeable thing that internet culture has done to lower cultural standards, it&#039;s in spelling and grammar. From not using uppercase letters for names or at the beginning of sentences, to excessive acronyms (lol, lmao, etc...), everyone seems to be forgetting how to use the English language. </description>

I think we need one rule for this and one rule only--but that&#039;s just my personal opinion--and from it being drilled in my head during studies.
