So many great blogs = way too easy to distract Dana from work doing normal business hours and that's why people see me clicking way late at night. Ha! Doesn't usually work that way for me, as a newbie, as evidenced by several other lists. Not that I wish James and MWP anything but the best. Heck, he doesn't need my well-wishes, he's near the top of every writing list on the internet, and deservedly so. It was just fun to have a moment in the sun with him looking at the back of my head for a change. James and his MWP deserves all that acknowledgement. He's been a friend and mentor to me, graciously giving me opportunity and guidance, and it's much appreciate. He's role model in that regard, and I'm taking notes. We don't compete (we're in different but overlapping niches; I'm fiction, he's writing-for-money, which if you'd done much fiction you know is a stretch on that count), we compliment each other. He'll be guest blogging on my site (storyfix.com) soon, and I'm preparing my sixth guest post for MWP. Point is... this is what it's all about, getting into community, sharing what we know and do, and earning a few new friends and followers in the process. May we all make a list or two as we travel this road.
