That's so true about it taking a month to form a habit. I remember I used to set about 3 alarms about 30min apart for myself to get up in the morning ready for work. I realised this wasn't ideal as I was breaking up my sleep so I forced myself to get up on the first alarm every time. It was very hard at first but after 3-4 weeks it's become totally natural. I just get up.

So I guess the important thing to remember is that you can 'habitualise' yourself with anything you set your mind to. It will be a bit of a challenge at first but if you really want it to become a habit and almost natural just keep at it and it will happen!

Great post :)
