		<description>I agree with you about deleting spam. When it comes to negative comments I always wait a few hours before answering. Even though we try not to, we always tend to protect ourself and our choices. When someone attacks you, you will get upset and may do something you regret later on. </description>

		<description>I try to avoid deleting any comments.  I&#039;ll delete the spam (unless it is related) and the &quot;you suck&quot; messages, but I really try to avoid deleting anything else.  I&#039;ve had messages which say &quot;you&#039;ll probably delete this but ... blah blah&quot;.  If you delete that message, it will make them angrier and possibly make your life difficult with more messages.  If you leave it, usually your loyal audience will either turn the criticism into something constructive or they will come to your defense.  Either way, the comment is diffused. :) </description>
