If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to share not just photos but also videos on Twitter, one of these services just may do the trick for you. There are quite a few tools out there but here are five that are fairly new and convenient.

TwitVid.io

As covered before here on Blogging Tips, TwitVid.io is an easy way to share videos on Twitter via a direct upload from your computer, from your mobile phone (to u@twitvid.io) or straight from your webcam. You can also view trending TwitVids, latest TwitVids, TwitVid buzz shown in real-time as well as newest TwitViders.

Twit Lens

A simple way to share photos and videos on Twitter; you can upload up to five photos at a time. There is a tagging feature that allows you to tag other Twitter users who may be in an item you are uploading. You can upload videos from your computer or mobile phone.

Greetter

Lets you share photos, videos and even text on Twitter. Greetter also includes a tagging feature, allowing you to tag other Twitter users. You can even comment on other photos and videos that have been uploaded. You can also use Facebook Connect to also share your items on Facebook.

2tweet

Allows you to share multiple photos and videos on Twitter directly from your email (to twitter@2pad.com) or via direct upload. 2tweet automatically sends out a tweet whenever you share a new photo or video. Best of all, your shared items will be saved in your very own private online gallery on 2pad.

TweeTube

With TweeTube you can share webcam videos, photos, YouTube videos and website links via email, direct upload, a bookmarklet or from your iPhone. You can also see what others are uploading from the public timeline as well as see the most popular items shared on TweeTube. Currently webcam video sharing is available for Macs only.
