To run a traceroute in windows all you need to do ibring up the command prompt by typing CMD in the RUN area. Once at the command prompt, you need to enter tracert <a href="http://www.bloggingtips.com" rel="nofollow">www.bloggingtips.com</a> You then need to copy and paste the results here. Once again, I appreciate everyone for helping me with this. Yout feedback will hopefully stop any future downtime :) UPDATE :

I definately think a users isp could be an issue as I have never experienced downtime myself, not at home or when abroad.
