I am always telling people who run websites about how great WordPress is for out-of-the-box SEO. It takes care of so much that you really don't have to think about it most of the time.

I also don't run any SEO plugins on my blog. As for that WWW enforcing plugin, it seems strange to me. This has been a native feature of WP for quite a while now. On one of my domains I enforced not using the triple W through the "General Settings" page of WP admin. If you type WWW. before the domain it redirects to the no WWW address almost instantly. I now have to reverse on my current blog, where if you don't type the triple W, it simply inserts it for you.

I don't really see the need for a plugin on this one..
