Simple and unique =) Personally I prefer Wordpress theme with the frameworks but some of frameworks seems don't fit my need. So I have to modify the themes through the php files. The frameworks ease the users, of course but sometimes they couldn't fit with what a user want like the size of sidebar and etc. By the way, the use of frameworks really brings a lot of benefit to the users, especially for them who still new in building websites and modifying themes.
