I started my blog writing any and everything that came to mind because the 'pros' said to blog every day. Unfortunately, I can see where it was burning me out just reading some of my older posts, and now I only post when I have found something that will interest my audience. It means less readers and possibly less 'Google Juice', but I do have readers who have been with me for a few years and my not posting as often hasn't stopped them coming back. Great post! I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach from seeing so many blogs that are just so much fluff and stuff aimed at reeling people in for monetary gain. Too many bloggers fail to understand that the real road to any kind of success is to produce a quality blog, a blog with substance. Thanks for renewing my faith in the possibilities! There are way to many bloggers out there that do not think about their readers. I find it such a turn off when I see affiliate links that afre masked or when it cleary a sponsored post but there is no mention of that. Keep fighting the good fight. I agree.
