Great post! Just and update for this discussion, reciprocal links are now frowned upon by Google and are somehow reduced in value. Pertaining to keywords density, it is not that important anymore, but more valuable now is relevancy. I guess a good guideline is to &quot;naturally&quot; write about a subject when considering on page optimization. 
 
The most important factor is still the number of industry &quot;relevant&quot; sites which link back to you.
