		<description>Hi Yuwanda! This reminds me of a BBC news report that warned about the  &quot;hazards&quot; of excessive online time (I think its possible, but it sounded funny to me). Whether you did it intentionally or not, you may have needed some offline time to appreciate other things too. And.. its good to be missed once in a while ;) </description>

I make a lot of use of scheduling post feature. I once got into trouble form a friend as I scheduled a post ot go live and the time it went live I was on the train to meet her but she thought I had stood her up. </description>
