I mentioned in a previous post about goals that my early blogging days saw me as what is now termed a “mommy blogger”. As my interest in blogging grew, so did my passion for finding other blogs about blogging, technology, and writing. I still have some mommy blogs (OK, more than “some”–a lot) in my feed reader, but I find that I am mostly reading tech blogs now. I have some really great reads and I want to share those with you. My hope is that you’ll find something new to you that can help you as you move forward with your blogging. These are my go-to sites when I need to find information or if I’m looking for good content to share with my readers.

Nice posts! I could stay on this blog for hours clicking back and forth to different sites that teach me about blogging and writing! I love soaking up all this information! As "Johnny 5", a robot on "Short Circuit" would say "need more input"!

1.) Fix the URL of this post. Some weird characters in the URL.
2.) Fix all the links. They either have a quote sign or some weird characters like "xn--com-9o0a." Hence all links are throwing errors!
I had not heard of the edublogger.
Hi there, it's a good compilations of sites offering tips on blogging. Anyway, why the link is not really correct. There're some additional characters there. Not sure why.
I actually have very few blogging tips blog on in my feedreader list.
I have courtneytuttle.com (seo), dailyblogtips and used to have johnchow till recently.
I check out other sites like problogger, pureblogging, shoemaker etc manually once in a while.
I follow the usual suspects already – but I'm off to check out blogger buster – thanks for the tips.
I think this is a nice list. Some sites are new to me, and it is interesting to view them.
However, I noticed all the links are dead. I supposed there had been a problem when they were placed. I saw a " at the end of each URL which I think that caused the problem.
I will be glad if you could check them again.
Thanks!
So sorry everyone! I had some "smart" quotes in there and some http:// missing. Links should all work now. I hope you find them helpful!
Melanie
No problem, Melanie. But I think you missed DoshDosh. I suggest you make another check.
Hi, Melanie:
If you had to pick just one of the (writing) blogs above to refer to me, which one would it be?
Missy.
If I could only choose one of the writing sites listed above, I'd have to choose Confident Writing by Joanna Young. All of the sites listed are good and bring something to the table, but Joanna is consistently the go-to site for me.
Thanks for the vote of confidence Melanie.
