If a blog hasn't been updated for weeks on end it won't be accepted. Evaluation? Most sites have been approved within 30 minutes but it just depends when I'm at the computer. Do you put it on queue and does it take so long for evaluation of the blog to be listed in the directory? Directories tend to be that difficult sometimes. I hope yours is different.
