Get your blog reviewed by Blogging Tips readers
I am adding a new weekly feature to Blogging Tips called Reader Blog Critique.
The idea is simple : every week I will post the URL of a blog with a brief description about it and a few sentences from the blog owner about what they believe needs to be improved. BloggingTips readers will then leave a comment giving feedback on the blogs design and content with some suggestions as to how to market the blog too. The most helpful and constructive commenter will win a prize.
I hope that all of you will enjoy this. Even if you are not familar with the blog or the subject it covers I think that you will benefit from taking part in the critique as I’m sure many of the suggestions will be applicable to your blog.
The first critique will be published tomorrow however if you would like your blog to be considered for a critique please let me know. More information about the critique can be found at the link below.

Good idea on this. There will be a lot of interaction in this way between the blog being critique and your readers. More importantly, it serves as a learning platform for all.
Can my blog get reviewed?
So am just 30 less than requirement of number of subscribers. Let me wait till i get fully qualified for that.

Though, at present, I cannot submit my blog to this, I’m HAPPY THAT I can take part in it as a reviewer.

Wei – Yeah that was my idea too. By looking at other blogs we can all learn something.
Desmon – I don’t think your blog can be accepted just now as it is too new.
Chetan – Your blog has been going since last year and is only just short of the number of subscribers I said was the minimum so I’d be happy to include it one week.
With regards to the minimum requirements, I know this excludes some bloggers but I wanted the quality of blogs to be pretty good and more importantly, blogs which are just a a few months old and have few subscribers are the ones which are more likely to be dropped by the blogger. I don’t want anyone to look at this as a way to get free traffic and I don’t want to review blogs which are then left to rot a few weeks afterwards.
I think it’s important that the blogs which are reviewed are run by bloggers who are serious about their blog and want to improve it.
I have really stepped up my blog research with relation to obtaining more traffic and websites like yours and several others have truly helped. I have been blogging on a so-so basis for a little over a year with an average of 60 hits per week…but lately…with the incorporation of many great blogging and SEO tips…I am getting an average of 62 per day!
I would like my site reviewed so I can take this campaign to the next level.

This looks like a wonderful idea. As I’ve learnt a lot from reading other posts of this blog regularly, I am looking forward to read these reviews too.
My blog is one year old and frequently updated; but it falls short of subscriber number though it’s read by many. Considering the fact that I’m a school going teenager who wants to improve the blogging experience by putting considerable time and efforts on it, may I request to get my blog reviewed?

I am in the same boat with you! I have been blogging since March or April of last year, with very few posts but high expectations for the world to find me..well, was I wrong about that! Since August 14th (of this year!!!) I have stepped up my SEO research with sites like this one and I have gone from an average of 60+ hits per week to now 61 hits per day, in just 14 days….!
I hope they review both our sites!!!

I liked the idea immensely, though i am not sure if i can be a part of it.my blog is about 2 odd months old and i have around 6-8 subscibers:-(
But,my articles are listed on EzineArticles.com and i have been granted an expert author too.
But, i am not aware as to how the promote the blog better.My idea is to get my ideas accross many people and get to share my opinions.
