		<description>I have always been wondering why exactly it is that certain people get do-follow mixx posts and others not. The destinction being made, even when there&#039;s no votes to that article, is that you&#039;ll get a do-follow to the outgoing link when you&#039;re actually a power user. Thanks. I think I understand now. I accumulated 143 karma points in the past year or what I have been on mixx. That is far from being active seeing to it that there are people with figure like 189,544! </description>
