FaceBook’s latest venture FriendFeed seems to be growing in popularity very quickly. The site has been getting a lot of exposure on the web however I didn’t join until today (Via Darren Rowse’s invitation).
With FaceBook pushing this service, I’m sure it is going to get even more popular.
What is FriendFeed?
FriendFeed is a lot like Twitter though it has built upon the premise of quick social networking and taken it to the next level. You are able to import from over 35 services including Twitter, YouTube and your own blog feed. You are also able to create your own room.
I encourage you all to check it out. If you sign up, please leave a comment with a link to your FriendFeed account (here’s my account) so that we can check your page out

I’ve been on FriendFeed for a while now but didn’t start really paying attention to it until earlier this week. So far, it’s been pretty productive. Haven’t missed twitter because it’s all on FriendFeed. One of the benefits I see already is the increase in being able to connect with friends on a wider scale.
If you want to connect my FriendFeed is at http://friendfeed.com/nlbctim

I’ve been watching the Micheal Arrington (TechCrunch) vs everyone else fight on the issue. Micheal loves twitter but hates friendfeed something fierce.
It’s all too easy to waste time and in essence twitter is spam, it doesn’t give back… but thats just my opinion.
I may try friendfeed, maybe :p
