The Joel Comm Saga
After getting reviews of his Adsense Secrets ebook from many top respected bloggers, Mark Wielgus realised he was scamming everyone by signing them to a subscription of $29.95 a month.
David Peralty followed this up a few days later and advised people not to buy the adsense secrets book and I agree 100%. He has since issued a grovelling apology but for me it’s too little too late. Yet another internet author who has wrecked his reputation by trying to get a few extra bucks.
Daily Blog Tips has an interesting debate about the subject. Click here to view my view on the saga.

Thanks for the mention. I wrote the post on WordPress security tips after having a hateful commenter switch to trying to guess my passwords. I then saw all the posts on Entrecard forums about hackers and people defacing their blogs. I figured now would be a good time to share what I knew about locking down your blog.

Thanks for agreeing. We definitely shouldn’t be rewarding these types of business tactics.
