With blogging, sure you are putting yourself out there for everyone to see, but you are doing so with a little bit of anonymity offered by the Internet. With dating, there has to be at least a little bit of "face to face" don't you agree? And while you are still putting yourself out there on a date, you can be a bit more guarded than you can be if you're sitting behind a keyboard.
