Points to think about:
Does a toddler know that s/he is a person separate from other people and objects?
How do we know?
Why do toddlers have temper tantrums?
How much language do typical toddlers have? What do they use their words/language for? Is it social?
Can a toddler have a friend? If so, what would that be like?
What motor abilities do toddlers have? How does that impact their social skills?
What is the major developmental challenge of the toddler years?

This is one in a million post. You are very correct. We adults tend to forget simple things that children do not. This is because children knows only black or white, no other color. If something is not right, then it is wrong, no buts, no maybe. But speaking of time, time for the children is very important here in the Philippines. I suppose you know some Filipinos there and they will tell you the same. Another thing, if you will notice on my blog, I value children very much. In fact I wrote a post on what is the greatest lesson we can learn from them. Lastly, I think you are not offending anyone. Instead, you are just reminding us who are we blogging for. Thanks for that!

Great article. I'm a pc instructor at an elementary school, and I agree with you when you say there is much to learn from children. We as adults can complicate things by worrying about...well, everything; and that can blur our view of those simple values that we sometimes take for granted
