The Premium News WordPress Theme is a professional looking wordpress theme which was designed for magazine and news type sites. You could forgive anyone for forgetting this is a WordPress theme as the site looks like it is being powered by an expensive content management system.
Adii says that the theme is perfect for blogs and websites with the following characteristics:
- If you want to earn an income
- If you’re an ambitious blogger or online entrepeneur
- If you regularly add new content to your blog / website
- If your content contains a lot of photos, videos and other media
- If you’d like to run a magazine- or news-style blog
I’m a big fan of this design. I think that it would be overly complicated for some sites who just want a tradional blog structure (eg. journals/diaries etc) however for a magazine, news or entertainment type site I think it would be perfect.

I have been using the magazine template of Joomla and would love to find something easier to use.

As an art blogger, the visuals are very important. This theme puts emphasis on the images in a tasteful way.
I've been looking for a magazine style them and The Auction Rebel would look great using the Premium News theme.

It's obvious to me, why I should win this contest and get a copy of "Premium News Theme". If you read this, I think it will be more obvious to you, too.
I have an online music magazine, NineSlashes, which I now want to take to higher level. I want to do this, because there aren't really that many good online music magazines available, besides the paper-music-magazines turned to websites ex. Rolling Stone and Metal Hammer.
I'll have to say I'm rather disappointed with some music blogs and magazines, so I have the mission of starting my own, learning from the mistakes other have made, listening what people want to see and creating something fresh.
I really want to create premium music magazine with WordPress, and I think that with "Premium News Theme" I'll be much more close to my goal. I don't have that much coding skills, and options are great with this theme: I can change the colours, ads and a lot with the layout straight from the Admin Dashboard. With this theme, releasing a brand new issue of my mag will be much easier.
In music, the videos are essential, and the built-in video player will be a great feature to post some interesting music videos.
I also want to see, how I can develop the theme layout, inspire other bloggers and hopefully Adii too. It would be great to be involved in creating something new with a theme like this.
Then there's the money issue. Yes, it would be possible to buy this theme in some time next year, after saving the money several months. However, I have a low-paid job, and I'd be excited to start 2008 with a new look, and make use of it even in December, by releasing a different-style Christmas Issue!
I'm sorry for such a long post, but I feel that creating something unique is important to me and here is a good chance to accomplish it. Anyway, thanks for this contest and shout to Adii for his great work!

the premium theme sold here and there are too expensive for me a chinese boy. I am a wordpress fan but I have to use and modift free themes. premium is long long away for me to enjoy.

My blog is a place of funny, creative, outrageous and all kinds of ridiculous materials for Chinese young people.
