I understand that the service displays offers etc and I read the about and FAQ pages too however in my opinion these sites are still your competitors in most respects as you are linking to the same shopping sites (eg. amazon, buy.com etc). Pricerunner does list and compare more products but it has sections like top products and top searches and whatnot as well (not exactly the same but in the same ball park) – I take it on board though that perhaps I should not have grouped you in with those sites as from a shoppers point of view but from an affiliates point of view I think that publishers will compare you to widgetbucks.

I do agree though that it will be a different kettle of fish if the site has more products listed. At the moment the site looks just like a script which lists affiliate products and not ones which are the best deal. Once the site has content I will be able to give it a fairer review

I just want to clarify a few points:

1. We are not a shopping comparison site like Mpire or Pricerunner, we are a hot shopping deals site, which will feature timely hot deals with the greatest savings for our customers.

2. We don't have a lot of inventory right now because we are in private beta. There is no limit to the amount of deals and merchants we can add once we go live.

3. The idea of our widget was not to be a price comparison widget, but instead to feature timely hot deals with coupons and rebates for maximum savings. So instead of seeing a comparison of digital cameras, you will see what we think is the best offer at the time for the designated product category.
