That scraping article is a really well-informed look at what some shady web owners are doing nowadays to generate new visitors to their websites without actually writing a damn thing! I find that really low-down, almost as bad as web owners saying they will hire you to write for them and then never sending you a payment after you write a few. Daniel from Daily Blog Tips recently posted a great tip recently entitled '<a href="http://www.dailyblogtips.com/hit-scrapers-where-it-hurts-adsense/" rel="nofollow">Hit Scrapers Where It Hurts: Adsense</a>'. Basically, instead of reporting their blogger blog as spam, report to google that they are using copyrighted material to make money with adsense ie. hit them where it hurts, their pocket!
