Blogaholic Anonymous

Hi, I’m Elaine and I’m a blogaholic

Now that I have introduced myself and admitted that I am a “blogaholic”, I am going to share with you some signs which could determine if you are suffering from the same addiction.

The Blogaholic Syndrome:

-You don’t talk to friends, you keep them updated by your blogs.
-You have a list in your notebook entitled “Things to Blog”.
-This list also includes blogging schedules.
-You become fascinated with statistics.
-”Stalk” famous bloggers.
- You have your own set of “blogging friends”.
- You dream of having a 10 page rank
- When meeting new people, you always want to ask “Do you blog?”
- You cringe when encountering spam (especially is Akismet is not working).
- Vacation means blogging the whole day.

I heard being blogaholic is contagious and I have not yet mentioned all the signs for spotting a blogaholic. Can you help me determine the other symptoms?

*Proud to be Blogaholic*

Heh. Six out of ten. I must be a blogaholic.

The day you see withdrawl symptoms from a lack of comments on your blog is the day you know you’re a blogoholic. :)

  2. Guillermo says:

Yes, I am sick also. And I want to join the group.

Now you say… “Hello Guillermo. We love you”

  3. Thanks for keeping us informed. I, too, find the whole thing fascinating. As usual in life, it pays to be flexible. We’re all rooting for you.

  4. Really nice post, it’s such a nice to read it.
