You can do this only with affiliate products as you say. If you have google adsense, google would see the huge spike in traffic and possibly ban you from google adsense since its against the rules to buy traffic.

The idea you have is great though…Domain names are cheap…

I think you are just looking in the wrong places/niches. For instance ringtones, with rocket profits and primary ads above, a simple cell phone/pin submit gets you $10 – $16 each, thats good money. There are also some programs that pay $3 for a zip code submit. One of them has a blogging toolkit program that pays a $21 commission, the product is free all the customer has to do is pay $1.97 for S/H, thats easy to get people to sign-up if you market it well.

There are plenty of options out there, just have to find the good ones.

I am signed up for about half of those networks listed. In fact, I recently found some success with a product on Azoogle. Its a free signup and you $1.85 commission for each lead. That is just the problem though. You get really low commissions when you try to sell really cheap or free products and services.

Chris – Unfortunately the web is full of bad or misleading information. And it is a shame that an honest person has to suffer through the trials and tribulations, but if everyone wants it bad enough they will find it.

Bobby – If you go to eBay and type in “website traffic” you can usually find some good deals on large numbers. Now keep in mind that most of this traffic tends to come from paid to click sites and the like, but it is a cheap way market a product. I shop there often for my niche affiliate sites, and tend to get a very good deal. I have picked up pr6 links for 99 cents, 1 million visitors for 10 bucks etc. Considering how much an Adwords campaign would cost you for this kind of traffic it can be a very good deal, if you have the right product.

I think this is lots of money to be made off of Amazon… it took me a little while to figure out how to promote it, but over the last couple months i’m earning about $400 a month just off Amazon…. The great thing about amazon is they sell EVERYTHING… you’re bound to find somehting your readers are interested in.

I earn a nice supplemental income off of soley promoting affiliate programs on my blog.

I sell a good amount of ebooks.. all of which pay $25-$95 an order. I don’t have as much luck with commission junction but I also don’t push them as much- as the payouts are a lot less.

What did you mean when you said you bought 150,000 visits from ebay for $5???

I’ve found that with these types of things people are still sceptical, they ponder about these sorts of things, find good information, find bad information and then decide to trust the bad information…
