Laarni – Thats the plugin I linked to. If you hover over one of the commentators avatars you will see the pic is remotely hosted from mybloglog.

Also, what are you having problems with?

argh. It's too difficult to install the Advanced TinyMCE Editor.

oh btw, i wasn't talkin' about the avatar here in the comments, I was talkin' about the avatar beside every entry.
