If you want to have a successful blog you need to know what others in your niche are doing. Not only will this show you what the “competition” is up to, but you can also learn quite a bit at the same time.
Here are three things that you can learn from other bloggers. Each time that you read a blog you should keep these tips in mind. If you do, you will find out soon enough that they are translating into success for your blog.
1. By visiting other blogs you become an outside visitor as opposed to the actual owner and operator. This will give you a unique perspective on content length and layout that you should be able to use to your advantage. Do you like to read long blog posts? How about ones that have bullet points? Chances are that many others are thinking the same was as you. So when you are writing your posts, be sure to keep within the mold that attracts you when visiting other blogs.
2. You can learn what “not” to do from other bloggers. Anytime that you come across something that you dislike be sure to make a mental note. This way you can avoid the same mistakes on your blog. In many cases, it can be better to learn from somebody else’s mistakes than to make them on your own.
3. Even though you will want to create unique content, if you come across a post that you like, there is nothing wrong with giving your view on the topic at a later date. Often times, visiting blogs maintained by people you admire will spur new thoughts and bring out creativeness that you never knew you had.
Remember, no matter how much success you are having, you do not know everything about blogging. For this reason, take the time to learn from other bloggers as often as possible.

And that’s why I’m subscribed to 370 blogs
Organized by topics and quality of content, so I can see those that post good articles on a regular basis, and still keep an eye on blogs that write on my topics and have good posts once in a while.

This would be a lot easier to read if you used bolding or headers, such as:
1. Look Outside-In
2. Learn What-Not-To-Do
3. Inspire Yourself
I rarely read every word and I would skip normally skip over an article like this if it wasn’t on BloggingTips.
