I really hate to wait around for emails if my sites are down. I NEED that 24 hour chat window just to make me feel better. :) Even though the online chat cant always solve the problem it makes me feel better that I at least told them. They are the most expensive host I've had so far and they have the most features, but my domains are sometimes slow or unresponsive.
