It looks nice and would be fun to keep track of but it feels a bit like invading privacy especially if the person can't opt in or out of it. I like MyBlogLog and seeing the images of who's visiting my site but sometimes get a surprise seeing my pic on other people's sites! Sometimes you just want to lurk, not announce your arrival :) I agree with Brian. I can imaging many people being very uncomfortable with it - it takes the concept of MyBlogLog widgets one step further by showing where people are based.
