Throw your AdSense Account!

Written by Carl Ocab from Carl Ocab

But if you are happy with pennies per click, don’t! And you will be missing the best chance of your life to make MORE money online. Yes, AdSense Is a good source of income but is it worth earning a dollar if you could make $20? I confess, when I was new to the internet, I concentrated on AdSense much. I made MFA (Made for AdSense) sites that gave me cents each day, Now I still make MFA (Made for Affiliate  ) sites and I earn more! Imagine earning almost 10 times more and 5 times faster! Cool!

So? Wanna know how?

It’s pretty easy, easier than AdSense! You might be thinking now that “Hey, maybe this guy is banned from AdSense or something that’s why he hates it” I am not, And I earn from it too, but not as much as affiliate marketing.

Check these things first:

  1. Get your autoresponder (Like Aweber)
  2. Load it up messages and articles.
  3. Sign-up for affiliate programs at Clickbank or if you don’t have Paypal you could use my affiliate program, MoreNiche (Don’t worry, it’s FREE and gives bonuses too!)
  4. Get your free report and squeeze page ready! (Look at mine for example)
  5. Drive traffic!

Don’t worry about numbers 1, 2, 3 their easy. Worry about 4 and 5.

Number 4 – Squeeze page

Headlines, headlines, headlines! People judge every page with its headlines! So be sure you have the right one! A Great copywriter once told: “If it took you 6 hours to make the whole page, it should also take you 6 hours to make the headline” Try searching Copyblogger’s archive for more info about headlines. Also you could check Michel Fortin’s blog.

Number 5 – Driving Traffic

Time to relax; driving traffic to your page is not that hard of making a squeeze page. Traffic can be driven in these 4 ways that I have compiled:

Buy – PPC, Advertising, etc..
Search Engine - Organic search
Trade - Joint Ventures
Referral Links - Videos, Blogs linking to you, etc.

That’s it! After you drive traffic to your squeeze page, remember to send them quality articles, not spammy looking type. Then watch your list grow, that list is a goldmine! After you build your list try sending them quality articles with your affiliate link and see your earnings grow!

Good advice. It’s actually funny when you reach that one day where it clicks and you realize that the pennies your pulling in from Adsense is really just the tip of the iceberg.

Beneath the surface is where the real iceberg lives!

  2. KidBlogger says:

Yeah.. I hope I can get back to time and just start with affiliate marketing. Oh well.. hehehe :D

  3. StockTube says:

just wondering kevin, how would a publisher who do not sell any products benefit from this program? supposing all his/her readers are pure readers (there’s nothing to buy at the first place) and hence no money being transacted, theretically there’s no money to be made right? correct me if i’m wrong, anyway thanx for the article …

    cheers

    Hi StockCube,
This post was actually a guestpost from Carl Ocab – a 13 year old blogger from the Phillipines. I wanted to give readers a different perspective :)

  5. Carl Ocab says:

A publisher can make money by referring his visitors to the seller and buys the product. Every sale that the merchant gets the publisher who referred the visitor gets a commission.

    noted with thanx …

I agree with you that promoting affiliate programs can earn more than AdSense. But personally I like AdSense most because generating AdSense income is much easier than selling affiliate products in my experience. With proper AdSense optimization and good amount of traffic, you can earn good money from AdSense too.

  8. James Ang says:

What a pointless and vague post. You have no idea about name squeeze pages, hence the vague info. Where’s your backup plan for the 9 out of 10 people that won’t fill out the form on your squeeze page?

    Idiot.

  9. blogsphere says:

Very vague this post in places, but you do open up an argument about whether adsence is still the best way to make money online.

I use is and don’t make as much as i should, and the quarterly payout does my head in. My account needs more frequecy.
